FOR HAIR TRANSPLANT CLINICS

A hair transplant takes one day. Recovery takes eighteen months.

Regrow is a hair transplant recovery app for your clinic’s patients, bringing your aftercare instructions, educational guidance and consistent progress photos into one place for their 18-month recovery journey. Core patient features are free on every clinic plan. Secure Backup is optional; any price, included access and renewal terms are shown in the app before confirmation.

No contract. No integration. No card.

The appointment ends. The questions don't.

Is this scab normal?

02:14

When can I wash it properly?

23:47

Why am I shedding at week three??

03:02

Can I fly next week?

01:30

Is this redness a problem?

04:11

Your coordinator answers the same twenty questions hundreds of times a year — and the patients who never ask are the ones quietly abandoning the plan.

YOUR INSTRUCTIONS

Your aftercare manual, turned into today's checklist.

Patients keep your aftercare manual, medication sheet and care plan inside the app. Every morning Regrow turns them into a short list of what to do today — including opening your own medication document to confirm the dose and timing themselves.

  • Your documents, stored by the patient and always to hand
  • A daily checklist built around your plan, not ours
  • Follow-up dates and reminders they will actually see

SAFETY

It answers the easy questions. It sends the rest to you.

Companion answers the "is this normal at my stage" layer from a reviewed hair transplant education library. It never diagnoses, never overrules your instructions, and it says so on every screen — and anything that looks urgent is pointed straight back at your clinic.

"Recovery education only · your clinic overrides Regrow."

Shown on every Companion screen.

Red flags route to you, not to us.

Nobody panics at day 18 if they knew day 18 was coming.

Shedding commonly starts around week two, and it is the moment most hair transplant patients decide the procedure failed. Regrow names the phase, shows where they are inside it, and explains what is commonly normal — for a full eighteen months, from day 0 to day 540. Explore the hair transplant recovery timeline.

Every hair transplant clinic has the same gap in its gallery.

You document the procedure day perfectly. Then month three, month six and month twelve never arrive — or they arrive lit differently, at a different angle, taken in a bathroom mirror.

WITHOUT REGROW

  • "Can you send a photo?" — sent 4 times
  • Different angle every time
  • Different lighting, different room
  • Month 6 never arrives

WITH REGROW

  • Five fixed angles: hairline, crown, left, right, donor
  • Dated automatically, prompted on schedule
  • Compared side by side against pre-op
  • Sent to you as a time-lapse, by the patient

Sixteen checkpoints, one time-lapse.

Twelve months, in three seconds.

Patients send their time-lapse because they are proud of it — not because you chased them. Recovery videos stay on their device unless the patient enables Secure Backup or chooses to share them.

Coming next. Today your patient sends their time-lapse to you themselves. Patient-controlled sharing — where they grant your clinic standing access to their progress photos from a portal — is in development. Clinics on a paid plan get it first.

WHAT YOUR CLINIC GETS

They trusted you with the biggest thing they've bought. Stay with them for the year that follows.

A hair transplant is one day. What decides how they feel about it — and what they tell people — happens over the eighteen months after.

Give them something back on the day they leave.

Your patient just spent more on this than on almost anything else they own, and they spent it on trust. They go home with a folded aftercare sheet and your coordinator's number.

Give them the app instead. Eighteen months of their own recovery, documented properly, with your instructions inside it and your name on it. It costs you nothing and it is the first thing that has happened for them since they paid.

Patients remember who was still there at week six.

Core patient features are free on every clinic plan.

Every patient you invite gets the core recovery features — five-angle photo tracking, their whole timeline, the education library, and the community. Core patient features are free on every clinic plan. Secure Backup is optional; any price, included access and renewal terms are shown in the app before confirmation. They keep it after their first year and they keep every record in it.

See the whole recovery, not the four photos they remembered to send.

Today you see a hair transplant in fragments: the procedure day, a message at week two, a photo somebody took in a bathroom mirror at month three.

Your patients are photographing themselves properly — five fixed angles, dated, prompted on schedule. Once they grant your clinic standing access, you can move through the whole thing. Day 1 to day 540, side by side with their pre-op. No requesting. No chasing.

Patient-controlled sharing is in development. Clinics on a paid plan get it first, and photos always stay under the patient's control — they grant access, and they can withdraw it at any time.

Answer once, on the photo they're worried about.

The scab question, the shedding panic, the "is this normal at week three" — those arrive on WhatsApp, at night, without a picture, and get answered from memory.

When you can see what they see, you answer once, in the right place, and it stays attached to that day of their recovery. Your coordinator stops reconstructing context and starts closing questions.

Anything urgent still routes straight to your clinic. Regrow answers the "is this normal at my stage" layer and nothing beyond it.

Patient-controlled sharing is in development. Clinics on a paid plan get it first, and photos always stay under the patient's control — they grant access, and they can withdraw it at any time.

The ones who never message are the ones you lose.

A patient who is anxious writes to you. A patient who has given up says nothing at all, stops taking photos, and skips month six.

Regrow tells you who has gone quiet, and who is about to hit the week where shedding starts — the moment most patients decide the procedure failed. One message from you at week two prevents the phone call at week four.

Ask at month twelve, not month three.

Month three is the documented low point of a hair transplant. Nothing is visibly growing, the transplanted hair has shed, and the patient looks worse than when they started. Most clinics ask for their review somewhere around here, because that is when the follow-up appointment happens.

Month twelve is when they are holding a before-and-after they are proud of. Regrow builds that comparison for them out of photos they took themselves, and tells you when it is ready.

Same patient. Same result. Completely different answer.

Regrow is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe, predict results or monitor emergencies. It gives general stage-based education and directs every individual medical concern back to the treating clinic.

THE DASHBOARD

This is what you get on the other side.

A browser tab, not an install. No integration with anything you already run, and nothing for your coordinator to learn beyond where things are.

Screens show fictional demonstration patients.

Regrow clinic photo review modal showing four labelled angles for a demonstration patient

Every angle they sent, side by side, in one place.

Your reviewer opens one card and sees the whole set — front, temples, donor — each one labelled, each one dated by the app rather than by whoever remembered to write it down. They type feedback once and it goes back attached to that set. If an angle is missing, the screen says which one instead of leaving your coordinator to work it out from four photographs.

  • Five fixed angles, prompted on schedule, dated automatically
  • Missing angles named, not silently absent
  • Your note goes back to the patient on that set

The set above is short of one angle, and the patient said why. That happens constantly, and the queue is built to show it.

Regrow clinic patients list filtered by recovery stage, with fictional demonstration patients

Your whole caseload, by where each person actually is.

Planning, scheduled, recovering, growth — filtered in one click, with who on your team owns each patient and when that patient last did anything. The column that matters most is the quiet one: last activity. A patient who has stopped opening the app is the one who skips month six.

  • Filter by recovery stage, not by date of surgery
  • Assigned staff and what is pending for each
  • Patients awaiting consent appear, their data does not
Regrow clinic patient detail screen for a fictional demonstration patient

One patient, one screen, nothing to reconstruct.

Their stage, their latest set, their last message and what is still outstanding — above the fold, before anybody opens a tab. The tabs hold the rest: their day-by-day journey, their care plan, medications, sessions, documents and exactly what they have chosen to share with you.

  • Their sharing permissions listed, and revocable by them at any time
  • Journey and progress in the same record as your messages
  • No score, no prediction, no automated read of a photograph
Regrow clinic care plan templates with version numbers and approval states

Your aftercare instructions, versioned and approved.

Your wash timings, your medication sheet, your photo schedule — held as templates per procedure, with a version number and an approval state, so the plan a patient is following is one your surgeon signed off rather than the last PDF somebody emailed. Update the template and the next patient gets the new one.

  • Draft, under review, approved, retired — visible on every plan
  • Instructions, photo requests and your own files on one template
  • Duplicate a plan to build the next one

The 2am questions, answered once, in the right place.

The same twenty questions arrive every week, and on WhatsApp they arrive without a photograph and get answered from memory. Here they arrive attached to the patient's record, and the answers your coordinator sends most often are one tap away.

  • Saved replies for shedding, washing, photo requests and routing
  • Attached to the patient, not scattered across a phone
  • External notifications never reveal message content

Regrow is not an emergency channel. Anything urgent routes to your clinic's own line, and the dashboard says so on the screen.

Regrow clinic schedule listing consultations, wash reviews and graft checks

Consultations, washes, graft checks and the follow-ups people skip.

The appointments you already run, in the same place as the recovery they belong to — with the team member who owns each one. Month three is when patients stop booking. It is easier to notice here than in a calendar that has everything else in it too.

  • Video and in-clinic sessions side by side
  • Assigned to a named person, not to the clinic generally
  • Sits next to the patient record it belongs to

The dashboard is included from the free plan. Opening your patients' progress photos is what a paid plan adds — on Free you can see that a patient is documenting their recovery and how many sets they have.

An active patient is one in their first year after surgery. After twelve months they stop counting against your plan and keep the core app, their photos and their records free on every clinic plan. Secure Backup is optional; any price, included access and renewal terms are shown in the app before confirmation.

Secure Backup is the one optional extra a patient can choose. Eligible sponsored patients get 12 months included; availability, included access, renewal terms and local prices are shown in the app before they decide. Nothing is lost if they decline — their photos stay on their phone at full quality either way.

Every clinic starts on Unlimited, free for 90 days - the whole product, no patient cap. When it ends you choose any plan, or stay on Free. Nothing is charged without you confirming it first, and no patient ever loses access because of your plan.

What Free keeps: unlimited patient invitations, your patient database and recall list, your clinic's name inside your patients' app, and the full 18-month core app free on every clinic plan for every patient you have ever invited. What a paid plan adds is opening their progress photos - on Free you can see that a patient is documenting their recovery and how many sets they have.

Sharing Regrow with patients: send them regrowhair.app/download , or print the one-page handout with the same QR code.

Regrow is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe, predict results or monitor emergencies. It gives general stage-based education and directs every individual medical concern back to the treating clinic.

Vikrant Shaurya, founder of Regrow, photographed on day 5 of his own hair transplant recovery

Why I built this

I had a hair transplant, and I spent the first weeks searching the internet at 2am trying to work out whether what I was seeing was normal. I found forum posts from strangers and no straight answers anywhere.

So I built the thing I wanted to have. Every screenshot on this page is my own recovery. Regrow is now used by patients through their whole first year, and clinics use it to give those patients better answers than a PDF can.

Questions

Can we see our patients' photos?

Today your patient sends you their time-lapse and photos directly from the app, whenever they choose. Patient-controlled sharing, where they grant your clinic standing access from a portal, is in development — clinics on a paid plan get it first. Photos always stay under the patient's control.

Is the free plan a trial?

No - Free never expires and never needs a card. It is where you land if you decide not to pay, not a countdown. The 90 days on Unlimited at the start are the trial, and Free is what continues afterwards for as long as you want it.

What happens at the end of the 90 days?

You choose Starter, Practice or Unlimited, or you do nothing and move to Free. Nothing is charged automatically and no patient is disconnected. If you move to Free you keep every patient, every invitation and your recall list - what pauses is opening their progress photos, and it resumes the moment you pick a plan.

We have three clinics. Does the trial cover all of them?

Yes. Unlimited is priced per location, but the 90 days cover every location you set up, at no cost.

What does "active patient" mean exactly?

Someone in their first year after surgery. Once they pass twelve months they stop counting against your plan, but they keep the app and everything in it.

What happens if we go over our plan?

Nothing breaks and no patient loses access. We tell you, and you move up when you are ready.

Do my patients ever pay?

Core patient features are free on every clinic plan. Secure Backup is optional; any price, included access and renewal terms are shown in the app before confirmation. They get the complete 18-month companion — five-angle photo tracking, their whole timeline, the education library, the community — and they keep their photos and records afterwards. Eligible sponsored patients get 12 months of Secure Backup included; availability, included access, renewal terms and local prices are shown in the app before they decide. It is optional, nothing is lost if they decline, and their photos stay on their phone at full quality either way.

We have three clinics. How does that work?

Unlimited is $499 per location per month. One invoice, one login, per-location views.

Does it replace our aftercare instructions?

No. It carries them. Your documents, your wash timings, your medication sheet — the app turns what you already give patients into a daily checklist and says on every screen that your clinic overrides Regrow.

Could it contradict our surgeon's advice?

It is built not to. Companion answers general stage questions from a reviewed library, never prescribes, and routes anything specific back to you.

Is this only for international patients?

No, though it matters most for them. A patient who flew home the week after surgery has no clinic to walk into at day nine.

How long does setup take?

You send us your aftercare documents and we load them. Most clinics are running within a few days, and there is nothing to integrate.

What happens to patients after the first year?

They keep the core app, their photos and their records free on every clinic plan, and they stop counting against your plan. Secure Backup is optional; any price, included access and renewal terms are shown in the app before confirmation. Eligible sponsored patients get 12 months included; after that, availability, renewal terms and local prices are shown in the app before they decide. Nothing is lost if they decline — their photos are on their phone at full quality either way.
