Regrow Terms of Use

Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to use of the Regrow Android application, the Regrow iPhone application, the regrowhair.app website, Regrow Community services and any optional account or backup services (together, "Regrow"). By using Regrow the user agrees to these Terms and to the applicable Google Play and Apple terms and end-user license agreements. If the user does not agree, the user should not use Regrow.

Who operates Regrow

Regrow is operated by Authority On Demand, Inc. In these Terms, "Regrow," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Authority On Demand, Inc.

Eligibility

Users must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and to use Regrow under the laws that apply in their location. By using Regrow the user confirms that this requirement is met.

Educational purpose

Regrow provides general education, planning assistance, self-tracking, photo organization, peer support and clinic-information organization for the hair-transplant journey. Regrow does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, emergency monitoring or guaranteed outcomes. Instructions from the user's treating surgeon or clinic always take priority over general Regrow information. For possible emergencies, users should contact local emergency services.

Accounts

Local use of the core Regrow application may be possible without a protected account. Users may optionally create a protected account using email verification, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in where available or another supported identity method.

When a protected account is used, the user is responsible for account security, providing accurate information, keeping access authorized, protecting verification codes, and reporting unauthorized use to support@regrowhair.app.

Secure backup

Secure backup is optional. The user controls which supported categories are protected. Internet access may be required. No backup system can be guaranteed to be error-free, so users should keep appropriate independent copies of important clinic information. Regrow will not silently delete local records because access or payment status changes.

Community

Regrow Community is a live peer-support space. Users participating in Community agree to follow the Community Guidelines and to:

  • Share only content they have the right to share
  • Respect the privacy of others
  • Avoid impersonation
  • Avoid harassment
  • Avoid dangerous medical misinformation
  • Avoid scams, medication sales and unauthorized commercial solicitation
  • Not publish another person's private health information
  • Use content warnings where appropriate

Community is peer support, not medical care. Users should contact their treating clinic for individual medical concerns. Regrow may review reports and may hide or remove content, warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts. Users can block and report other users and content. Moderation is not continuous. Community must not be used for emergencies; emergency situations should go to local emergency services or the treating clinic.

User content and license

Users retain ownership of the photographs, notes, documents, posts, comments, messages and other content they add to Regrow ("User Content"). Users grant Regrow a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, process and distribute User Content solely as reasonably required to operate the feature the user selected (for example, hosting a Community post the user chose to publish, or storing a backup the user chose to enable). We do not claim ownership of user photographs.

Private recovery information

Creating a Community account does not automatically make recovery records public. Private Photo Diary photographs, private notes, medication reminders, appointment records, clinic documents and Companion history are not published to Community unless the user intentionally selects and confirms that action.

My Clinic

The current Regrow mobile application does not give clinics automatic remote access to a user's Regrow data. My Clinic helps users organize clinic contact details, doctor details, aftercare instructions, medication sheets, appointments, clinic documents and personal notes.

Pricing and purchases

Regrow's availability and price, if any, are displayed in Google Play or the Apple App Store before download or purchase. Optional digital products may be offered through the applicable platform's billing system. Any applicable price, currency, purchase type and terms are shown before confirmation.

Regrow does not currently process individual mobile-app purchases directly through the website. Google Play and Apple control applicable store payment processing, receipts and platform purchase management, under their own terms.

Sharing with a clinic. If you create a share link, you are choosing to make the categories you selected visible to whoever holds that link, for as long as you set, and you are responsible for who you send it to. Regrow does not vet the recipient and cannot tell you who opened it beyond the record of when it was opened. Revoking a link stops further access immediately; it cannot retrieve anything already seen or saved by the recipient. Sharing does not give a clinic any right to your records beyond viewing what you selected, and it never lets them change your record or act on your behalf.

No purchase can improve Community leaderboard position or moderation status. Purchasing never causes private recovery data to be deleted. Any future subscription, trial or one-time purchase will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.

Intellectual property

The Regrow name, logo, illustrations, software, educational library, design and original written content are owned by or licensed to Authority On Demand, Inc. Use of Regrow provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Regrow according to these Terms and the applicable platform end-user license agreements.

Prohibited conduct

  • Unauthorized access to Regrow systems or another user's account
  • Scraping or bulk extraction of Community content
  • Reverse engineering where legally permitted to be restricted
  • Uploading malware or interfering with the service
  • Spam, harassment, impersonation or fraud
  • Manipulating leaderboards
  • Creating multiple fraudulent accounts
  • Uploading unlawful content
  • Attempting to access another user's private data
  • Treating Community as an emergency service

Suspension and termination

Regrow may restrict, suspend or terminate access to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Public Community content may be removed. Limited moderation, security or legal records may be retained. Suspension or termination does not automatically delete local photographs stored on the user's device.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Regrow is provided "as is" and "as available." Authority On Demand, Inc. does not warrant uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or any medical or cosmetic outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Regrow is not a medical provider, doctor, surgeon, clinic, medical device, diagnostic service, treatment provider, prescription service, medication-dosage service or emergency service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Authority On Demand, Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Regrow, or from medical decisions made without consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated when the product, payment model or legal requirements change. The latest version will display a revised "Last updated" date.
