Delete your Regrow account

You can permanently delete your Regrow account and everything stored with it. There are two ways to do this, and both remove the same data.

Deleting is permanent. It cannot be undone, and Regrow cannot restore your photos or records afterwards.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

This completes immediately.

• Open Regrow.
• Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
• Under Privacy & data, tap Privacy, app lock & export.
• Tap Danger zone.
• Type DELETE to confirm.
• Tap Delete account, cloud backup & device data.

For your security, you may be asked to sign in again first if you have not signed in recently.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Use this if you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in.

Email support@regrowhair.app with the subject line Delete my account, sent from the email address registered to your Regrow account.

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account and confirm by email. Requests are completed within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What is permanently deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity
• Your email address
• Any photos backed up to Regrow, including generated previews
• Any clinic documents you uploaded, including generated previews
• Your Community profile, posts, comments, reactions, and connections
• Your private Community messages and any media attached to them
• Your access and membership records

Deleted files are removed from storage, and the removal is verified before the account itself is deleted.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data.

• Turn off secure backup and delete your cloud copy: Profile → Settings → Account & secure backup → Delete cloud backup. Your account stays, and the copy on your phone is untouched.
• Delete individual photographs, clinic documents, Community posts, comments and messages from inside the app at any time.
• To ask us to remove specific data for you, email support@regrowhair.app with the subject Delete my data. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is not deleted

Data stored only on your phone. Regrow works without an account, and most of what you create stays on your device. Deleting your account in the app also clears that device data. If you request deletion by email instead, remove the on-device copy by uninstalling Regrow from your phone.

Anonymised security records. We keep a small number of security and audit records showing that an action occurred, with your identity removed. These no longer identify you and cannot be linked back to you.

Records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes, where applicable.

If you never created an account

Regrow does not require an account. If you never signed in, nothing about you is stored on our servers, and uninstalling the app removes everything.
